Who handles your inquiry
Compass Homeopathy is a Texas-based practice. The administrative form is intended for adults, including parents or guardians making inquiries about consultations for minors. Please use your own contact details, not a child's.
What this form collects
We request your preferred name, email, optional phone number, and one fixed administrative inquiry topic. We use these details to respond to your inquiry. There is no free-text message field, health questionnaire, file upload, account, or payment form on this website. Do not enter symptoms, diagnoses, medical history, or other health information in any field.
How information moves
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form submissions through a Pages Function. Valid submissions are sent through Resend to the practice's email inbox. The email contains only your name, email, optional phone, and selected topic. This website has no application database. Email copies and provider operational records can still exist; no database does not mean no storage.
Cloudflare and other service providers may process network information, such as IP addresses, for delivery, security, and their operational records. The inquiry application does not add your IP address or browser details to notification emails, log your submission content, or save your inquiry in browser storage.
Browser storage and analytics
This implementation does not add advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, or nonessential cookies, and it does not persist inquiry fields in local or session storage. Your browser may independently offer autofill. Form details are held in memory while sending or retrying and are cleared from the form after an accepted submission.
Booking, payment, and consultations
Booking, payment, health intake, and consultations take place on separate services. Their privacy notices and terms apply when you leave this website. Do not send health information through this inquiry form or ordinary administrative email. Guardian authority and any required consent for minors must be established through the separate intake process.
Retention and unexpected health information
Before launch, the practice must publish its approved email/provider retention periods and finalize procedures for access, deletion, and accidental receipt of sensitive information. Do not assume that closing this page deletes an email already sent. If you believe you included sensitive information, contact the practice through the administrative privacy-contact route below; do not repeat those details.
Privacy questions and requests
Use the administrative inquiry form and select “General service information” to request a privacy contact or information about access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Do not include health information in your initial request. The practice may need to verify your identity through an appropriate separate process.
